We'll be
happy to get you started in booking a wonderful event for your
little one.
What
ages are best served by your parties?
ArtsCetera
offers parties for children turning age one up to and including
age five.
What
kind of activities do you offer?
For
children turning one or two, we recommend our music party
that's similar to our infant and toddler music classes. Music,
singing and movement activities are geared for the kids with adult
participation. Simple and engaging for the littlest ones!
For
kids turning 3 to 5 years old , we can create an art
party or a music/movement party. While both parties include music
as a background for play, the art party brings in an age appropriate
project while the music/movement party includes more creative
movement games.
How
long are your parties, what are your rates and what's included?
Our parties
are an hour and a half in length, with a half hour ahead of time
to get you set up, and time afterwards to get you packed up to
go.
Basic party
rates begin at $375, for up to 15 kids, with a maximum of 20 adults.
Over 20 adults,
with 25 maximum, an additional $50 is added.
Over 15 kids,
and up to a max of 20, an additional $50 is added.
So, for example,
an art or music/movement party for 20 kids and 25 adults would
be $475.
For all
parties, we provide:
-
An assistant
to help you set up and do clean up afterwards
-
Coffee
and tea, with all the fixings, for the grown ups
-
Balloons,
with a special color or character balloon for the birthday
child.
-
Use
of our child-size tables and chairs
-
Generic
paper goods, including table covers for the food tables.
We can extend
any party to two hours for an additional $75.
What
do we need to bring in for our party?
Families bring
in refreshments, the cake (or cupcakes) and goody bags. Generally
speaking, depending on the time of day, you can do pizza and cake,
or simple refreshments and cake. While we provide basic paper
goods, you would provide any themed paper goods, and table covers
for the kids tables.
Can
we just rent your space for our own party without an activity
or instructor?
Yes, our
studio can be rented for $250 for an hour and a half, to include
a space monitor during your party. Due to insurance issues, we
ask that you choose an instructor from our staff if you want to
offer a music or art activity.
